1. Service Coverage
We specialize in laptop repair services for Asus, Dell, Lenovo, and HP laptops only. Our services include:
Motherboard-level repairs
Power and charging issues
Component replacement
2. Estimates & Approvals
A diagnostic fee may apply and is non-refundable.
We will provide a repair estimate before beginning any work.
Repairs begin only after customer approval, either verbally or in writing.
3. Turnaround Time
Typical turnaround is 2 to 4 weeks, depending on part availability and repair complexity.
Delays may occur due to part shortages or unforeseen complications.
4. Warranty
We offer a 60-day limited warranty on parts and labor.
Warranty does not cover:
Physical or liquid damage
Software or virus-related issues
Damage caused after our repair
5. Data & Backups
We are not responsible for data loss.
Please back up your data before sending your laptop in.
Data recovery is not guaranteed.
6. Unrepairable Devices
A diagnostic fee will still apply if the device is unrepairable.
Some advanced repairs may carry a 50% success rate — we'll let you know in advance.
7. Abandoned Devices
Devices not picked up within 30 days of repair completion will be considered abandoned and may be recycled or discarded.
8. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
9. Payments
Payment is due at the time of service completion.
10. Mail-In Service
You are responsible for safe packaging and shipping.
We are not liable for damage during transit.
Return shipping fees apply.
11. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to decline service for any reason, including:
Unsafe, damaged, or tampered devices
Devices outside our supported brands
