Terms of Service

  • We specialize in laptop repair services for Asus, Dell, Lenovo, and HP laptops. Our services include:

    • Motherboard-level repairs

    • Power and charging issues

    • Component replacement

    • A diagnostic fee may apply and is non-refundable.

    • We will provide a repair estimate before beginning any work.

    • Repairs begin only after customer approval, either verbally or in writing.

    • Typical turnaround is 2 to 4 weeks, depending on part availability and repair complexity.

    • Delays may occur due to part shortages or unforeseen complications.

    • We offer a 60-day limited warranty on parts and labor.

    • Warranty does not cover:

      • Physical or liquid damage

      • Software or virus-related issues

      • Damage caused after our repair

    • We are not responsible for data loss.

    • Please back up your data before sending your laptop in.

    • Data recovery is not guaranteed.

    • A diagnostic fee will still apply if the device is unrepairable.

    • Some advanced repairs may carry a 50% success rate — we'll let you know in advance.

  • Devices not picked up within 30 days of repair completion will be considered abandoned and may be recycled or discarded.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

  • Payment is due at the time of service completion.

    • You are responsible for safe packaging and shipping.

    • We are not liable for damage during transit.

    • Return shipping fees apply.

  • We reserve the right to decline service for any reason, including:

    • Unsafe, damaged, or tampered devices

    • Devices outside our supported brands
