Service Policies
Thank you for choosing our mail-in laptop repair service. To ensure transparency and a smooth experience, please review the following policies carefully before sending in your device.
-
All mail-in laptops will undergo a diagnostic evaluation to determine the issue(s).
A non-refundable diagnostic fee may apply, which will be communicated upfront.
Once diagnostics are complete, we will contact you with the repair options, estimated cost, and turnaround time.
-
While we make every effort to repair your laptop, not all devices are repairable due to factors such as severe damage, parts availability, or board-level issues.
If we are unable to repair your device, you will be notified. The diagnostic fee still applies.
-
If we cannot repair your device and no parts or labor were used beyond diagnostics, you will only be responsible for the diagnostic fee and return shipping.
-
We are not responsible for any data loss. Please back up your data before sending your laptop.
If data recovery is requested, additional fees will apply.
-
You are responsible for shipping the device to us.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
Return shipping charges will be added to your final invoice.
-
Devices left unpaid or unclaimed for more than 30 days after service completion or notification of a non-repairable status may be considered abandoned and disposed of.
-
Successful repairs come with a limited warranty (60 days) on parts and labor. Warranty coverage does not apply to issues unrelated to the original repair or physical damage after return.
