Mail-In Laptop Repair – Frequently Asked Questions

  • Simply fill out our mail-in repair request form, pack your laptop securely, and ship it to us. Once we receive your device, our technician will diagnose the issue and contact you with a repair quote or update. After approval, we proceed with the repair and ship it back to you.

  • We currently specialize in repairing Asus, Dell, Lenovo, LG, and HP laptops only.

  • Turnaround time is typically 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the repair and parts availability.

  • We provide a wide range of services including:

    • Motherboard-level repairs (component-level diagnostics and soldering)

    • No Power and charging issues

  • Yes, we charge a diagnostic fee to cover inspection and testing. This fee may be applied toward the final repair cost if you proceed with the service.

  • In cases where we determine the laptop is not repairable or you choose not to proceed with the repair, we will return your device. Please note, the diagnostic fee is non-refundable, and return shipping costs will apply.

  • While we take great care in handling your device, we recommend backing up your data before sending it in. We are not responsible for data loss during repair.

  • Yes, we offer a 60-day limited warranty on most completed repairs. This covers the specific issue that was repaired, not unrelated issues or additional damage after return.

  • Please use a sturdy box with proper padding to protect your laptop in transit. We are not liable for damage caused during shipping to our facility.

  • At this time, customers are responsible for shipping their device to us.
